Quality Guarantee — If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Not Satisfied? — Unopened, unused, or not satisfied with your purchase? Cards can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund (Return shipping is buyer's responsibility).
How to Start a Return
Email us at wonderpopcardsbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return (include a photo if item is damaged or defective).
We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
Once your return is received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Want to try a different design? Start a return and place a new order — we’ll help you out.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we’ll cover shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship the same day they are placed. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way (if applicable).

Q: Are your cards blank inside?
A: Yes — all Wonderpop cards come blank so you can write your own heartfelt message.
Q: Can I personalize my card?
A: At this time, cards ship as shown on the product page. We plan to add personalization options soon!
Q: Do cards come with envelopes?
A: Yes — every Wonderpop card includes a premium envelope.
